Inspired by the magical landscapes of Venice, Purva Venezia comprises of 1332 well designed, spacious units. Set in 21.50 acres of greenery, the design nestles amongst large open spaces interspersed with water bodies. The building consists of 16 towers clustered into four blocks in the form of the crescent, each one comprising of G+14 floors. All the wings have a spacious entrance lobby and all the apartments are well ventilated. The clubhouse has a compact set of leisure facilities which include a squash court, swimming pool, temperature controlled indoor pool, a well-equipped gym, billiards and TT room, lawn tennis courts, card room, restaurant, cocktail lounge, supermarket, health club and an amphitheater.
