QUALIFICATIONS: 3 - 5 years of experience

• Payroll management expertise for White & Blue collared employees
• Exposure to statutory compliance wrt PF, ESIC, Dept. of Labour and Min. wage, Annual Returns etc.
• Sourcing and screening appropriate profiles linked to architecture, design management & other functions.
• Ability to analyze training needs and prepare training calendar
• Strong Knowledge of HR Management and policies
• Strong documentation skills including MIS reports
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communicator
