QUALIFICATIONS: 8-12 years of experience with High rise structure (preferred)

CORE COMPETENCIES:

• Ability to clarify and Interpret drawings
• Ability to work closely with client teams.
• Maintain appropriate communication channels to ensure that changes / issues at site are communicated back to the
• Architectural team and appropriate action is taken.
• Should be competent to study GFC drawings and comment on completeness and constructability
• Should be able to advise on value engineering and improved detailing for ease of construction
